Padma Hotels (hereinafter referred to as “Hotel”) directly, or through its third-party vendors, collects certain information so that we can provide services and products, including the ability to provide online reservations. The Hotel website also allows customers to communicate with Hotel on issues of customer service and to provide feedback on services. The Hotel may use this customer information to analyse customers’ interests so that it can tailor programs and special offers.     • We recommend online reservation via our website as the fastest and most secure method of booking, offering instant confirmation, as it provides extra layer of security through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and/or the latest encryption protocols to protect all transmitted data, including personal information and payment details.
    • Online reservations receive instant confirmation via email or the guest’s chosen communication channel. Reservation requests via email, phone, or contact form will be responded to within 2 business days.
  • Customer Service
    • When responding to customer service requests, the Hotel will ask for the customer’s name, mailing address or electronic-mail information, telephone number and other relevant information that will allow the Hotel to respond appropriately or to resolve any problem that has arisen.
  • Electronic Surveys
    • The Hotel conducts online surveys from time to time to help evaluate and improve its services. Participation in such surveys is voluntary, but customer information is collected for verification purposes, such as name, mailing address and electronic-mail address.

If you do not agree with the collection and/or use of your personal information in the manner set forth herein, you are advised not to submit your personal information to us.
    • Hotel collects customer information about data subjects through various methods including but not limited to; stay records, social media and website, as well as either directly from data subjects or sometimes from a third party acting on our behalf; through a booking agency, travel agent or corporate account.
  • Use of Information Collected
    • Hotel may share the customer information it collects with its personnel and with the owners, operators, and affiliated properties under the brand of Hotel. The Hotel may also share information with select third parties who offer goods or services that may be of interest to Hotels’ customers. The Hotel may also share such information with other companies with whom it has entered into cooperative or co-sponsored promotions, products, or services.
    • Hotel may use customer information for the following purposes; provide information regarding the Hotel’s services, facilities, promotions, and updates, respond to customer enquiries, requests, or feedback in a timely and appropriate manner, conduct statistical, analytical, or market research for the purpose of enhancing and improving the Hotel’s services, operations, and guest experience, provide specific information or assistance in direct response to customer requests. All such processing will be carried out in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the Hotel’s internal privacy and data management policies.
    • When customers use a credit card to purchase goods or services from the Hotel, Hotel may share the information provided by the customer with the relevant credit card company and/or its authorized payment processors solely for the purpose of verifying, authorizing, and completing the transaction. Such sharing will be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws, industry-standard security measures, and the Hotel’s internal privacy policies.

    • Hotel engages the services of carefully selected third-party providers to support and enhance its operations, both through the official Hotel website and via other communication channels. These services may include, but are not limited to; Booking and reservation systems (including online booking engines), Payment processing and financial transaction gateways, Marketing and advertising platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Technical support, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity services, Data analytics and business intelligence solutions.
    • All third-party providers engaged by Hotel are required, under written contractual agreements, to Comply with Hotels’ Privacy Policy, Data Protection Standards, and Security Guidelines; Implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure; Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including personal data protection laws of the jurisdiction(s) where data is processed; Notify Hotel promptly in the event of any actual or suspected data breach affecting personal information.
    • Guests are encouraged to review the respective privacy policies of these third-party providers before engaging with their services, as such policies may differ from those of Hotel.
  • Legal Requirements
    • Hotel will also disclose customer information, without the customer's permission, if Hotel believes, in good faith, that such disclosures are required by any applicable law or court order, or if such disclosures are necessary to investigate activities that may be harmful or injurious to the Hotel website, to Hotel guests, employees, or agents.

    • Hotel does not control, and shall not be held responsible or liable for, the collection, use, processing, or storage of personal information by third-party websites, including but not limited to Websites owned or operated by hotel and resort room sellers, Travel agencies, online travel agents, tour operators, or other distributors, Any other websites not owned, managed, or authorised by Hotel. Customers may access third-party websites through hyperlinks provided on the official Hotel website. Such third-party websites have their own separate privacy policies and practices, which are independent from the Hotel Privacy Policy. Hotel has no control over, and bears no responsibility or legal liability for, the privacy practices or policies implemented by such third parties, including any collection, use, or disclosure of personal information conducted by them.
    • Customers are strongly advised to Read and understand the applicable privacy policies of each third-party website before providing any personal information and Communicate directly with the administrators of such third-party websites to obtain clarification or further information regarding their privacy practices and policies.

Hotel has no control over, and assumes no responsibility or liability for, the accuracy, security, content, or practices of such third-party websites.   • Information Updates, Restriction, and Erasure
    • Customers have the right, at any time, to notify Hotel if their personal information is inaccurate, incomplete, and/or outdated. Upon receiving such notification, the Hotel will take reasonable steps to verify and update the information in accordance with applicable laws and internal data management policies. If customers do not wish to be included in, or contacted for, any marketing, promotional, or communication activities conducted by Hotel and/or its affiliates, they may exercise their opt-out rights by sending an email with the subject line “Unsubscribe” to corporate.marcomm@padmahotels.com.   • Padma Resident Membership
    • Enrolment in the Padma Resident Membership program is strictly by invitation only. This exclusive program is designed for selected guests and partners, and participation is subject to the terms and conditions determined solely by Padma Hotels.
